Client Services Manager to ensure that clients receive superior client service, maintain the Company’s reputation as the best business partner in industry and to optimise clients’ usage of products

 

Main duties:

  • Be the custodian of mass market client relationships and ensure continuous
    and consistent building of these relationships
  • Ensure continuous and consistent building of these relationships
  • Build and manage high performing adoption and training teams
  • Formulate, implement and drive client service models to ensure meaningful
    client relationships
  • Develop and drive strategies and campaigns for sustained product adoption
  • Drive team to implement and deliver meaningful client relationships
  • Coaching and advising team managers to drive various initiatives that result
    in “extra mile client service”
  • Monitor and analyse market trends and competitor product and services

 

Requirements:

  • Business related Degree
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in line management
  • A minimum of 3 years proven experience in client relationship building
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Experience in client service of software as a service or IT products to
    SMME’s and Healthcare industry highly advantageous
