Executive Personal Assistant with a minimum 5-years experience working in a corporate environment and reporting to a senior executive, is required for a large Technology company in Jhb North.

 

Requirements:

  • Matric
  • Secretarial Diploma
  • Minimum 5-years experience working in a corporate environment and reporting to a senior executiveFast and accurate typing skills
  • Excellent MS Word, Outlook skills
  • Strong administration skills

 

Duties:

  • Effective diary management and scheduling of all appointments  and or meetings
  • Update all contacts on MS Outlook
  • Will be the first point of contact by answering and or screening of all calls which must be answered in a professional and efficient manner
  • Type all minutes and agenda’s and distribute to the correct parties
  • Handle all logistics of travel i.e. book all local and international flights, accommodation and transport (booking of taxi’s, car rental etc)
  • Arrange for all catering and refreshments for meetings
  • Collate all board packs
  • General PA duties
  • Any other ad hoc duties or projects that require assistance
