HR Clerk with at least one years previous HR Administration (payroll) experience is required for a large technology company in JHB North.

 

Duties:

  • Ensure all payroll inputs are captured and corrected timeously
  • Maintain required policies and procedures relevant to payroll and administration
  • File all paperwork on a daily basis
  • Ensure reports are compiled on time
  • Complete administration for new and terminated employees
  • Prepare and capture salary input
  • Processing and balancing of Payroll
  • Processing and compiling of Month End Reports
  • General Administration relating to Personnel and Payroll
  • Attend to all relating queries
  • Filing  

 

Requirements:

  • Matric Certificate
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Packages: Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Must be figure orientated and able to de reconciliations
  • Knowledge of staff / personal matters
  • Knowledge of Employment Procedures / Labour Relations Act
  • Strong admin skills essential
