HR/Training Officer with at least 1-2 years is required at a large technology company based in Johannesburg North.

 

Requirements:

  • Matric
  • HR Degree / Diploma
  • 1-2 years related experience
  • Good understanding of outcomes based training material
  • Understanding and knowledge of SAQA, NQF and related legislation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Packages:  Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Must be figure orientated and able to do reconciliations
  • Knowledge of staff/personal matters
  • Knowledge of Employment Procedures/Labour Relations Act
  • Strong admin skills essential
  • Have Excellent planning, implementation, negotiation and control skills
  • Be able to work under pressure and maintain efficiency and confidentiality
  • Have strong problem solving skills
  • Be able to meet strict deadlines
  • Be able to work overtime when necessary
  • Be reliable, trustworthy and honest
  • Be willing to travel
  • Must have own reliable car

 

Duties:

  • Conduct training needs analysis
  • Design and develop training material
  • Update training and development material
  • Conduct management and soft skills training courses
  • Plan training and development interventions
  • Responsible for career development programmes
  • Maintain training records
  • Run and submit Skill Development Returns
  • Ensure all payroll inputs are captured and corrected timeously
  • Maintain required policies and procedures relevant to payroll and administration
  • Complete Payroll Paperwork
  • General Administration relating to Personnel and Payroll
