TM/IT.Serv Man

Minimum of 3 years ITIL experience. Process work within ICT or Mobile industry.

Experience user of Service Management/Service Desk products (Preferably BMC Remedy) and responsibility in ITSM process in a Service Desk environment .

 

Qualification:

  • ITILv3, ETOM, Prince2,CoBIT and/or CMMI certification
