IT Systems Administrator with at least 3 years experience in a IT Support Role or Service Desk environment
Relevant software and ITIL foundation certification (if applicable to the systems being managed)
Technical diploma or equivalent
Administration, including Security Administration, for all applications (I90, Ovaflo, CSWE, SAS, SAP, Other). Assist the Application Support Specialists by performing pre-approved Changes and administrative systems tasks. Provides user assistance with basic access training.
Performs independent QA on code prior to release into production.
