Merchant Acquiring Administrator with a minimum of 2 years experience is required for a large technology company in JHB North.

 

Duties:

  • Checking and capturing all new agreements and create start-up packs for merchants
  • Process additional equipment forms, requests to terminate forms, changes in bank details
  • Update all spreadsheets including merchants list and invoicing schedule
  • Follow-up outstanding queries in respect of merchant acquiring, including call centre calls which require extensive telephonic interaction with merchants
  • Filing

 

Requirements:

  • Matric
  • Excellent Ms Word, Excell and Outlook skills
  • Strong administration skills
