Organisational Development Specialist: Remuneration & Rewards with at least 4 years experience is required for a large healthcare company based in JHB East.

 

Requirements:

  • B-degree in Human Resource or Business management
  • 4 years experience in remuneration
  • Knowledge of benefits requirements and Rewards policy is essential
  • Computer literacy
  • Analytical skills

Duties:

  • To research trends in remuneration and identify creative and innovative remuneration structures
  • To provide ongoing intelligence on movements in the market and potential threats to the organisation from competitive poaching and recommend solution
  • To consult and advice Manager: OD and Rewards regarding compensation policy interpretation, new hire offers, promotions, market analysis, and job evaluation
  • To provide advice and analysis through the annual increase and bonuses
  • To participate as part of the job evaluation of the company to ensure to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness
  • To contribute to the development of the remuneration and rewards strategies of the company and also facilitate management training of rewards and remuneration within the company
  • Facilitates the design, development and implementation of innovative incentive schemes to reward performance aligned to business objectives.
