SAP FI Team Lead with a minimum of 6 years experience is required for a large healthcare company based in Western Cape.



A Degree or Diploma in IT and or Accounting
SAP certification in FI/CO
A proven Accounting background
A minimum of 6 years in a SAP FI environment
Solid work ethic
The ability to work independently
Excelled written and verbal English
Strong configuration experience
Project Management skills
Experienced in implementing SAP projects using the ASAP methodology
Competent at requirements gathering using Business Analysis techniques
Ability to prepare and contribute to process design workshops
Skilled in the compilation of Design and Functional Specifications
Proven support and training competence



Efficient end-user support is provided in area of expertise
Solution enhancement and continuous improvement in area of expertise are driven through developing appropriate SAP solutions and configuring accordingly
Support is provided through implementation of new releases, and assessment of business requirements for added functionality
Business requirements are identified, collected, analysed and solutions proposed that are in line with SAP best practices
Business requirements are translated into functional specifications for technical development
Governance standards are complied with to ensure minimal risk exposure to business and maintaining SAP solution integrity
Ensure service level requirements are met and user satisfaction levels are optimally maintained
Knowledge of business operations are maintained in order to ensure solution development is in alignment with business objectives and processes
SAP developments and requirements are effectively communicated to Super Users through the SAP User Group Forum
Technical solutions conform to SAP Architecture and Design standards
System configuration process is managed by adhering to project management principles
Requests for system changes are addressed as per user- and business requirements
Change documents are compiled as per set standards
System tests are performed against Functional and non functional requirements
Risk and issue logs are maintained and resolved
System scalability test against growth plan (stress testing) are performed
Solution Management tools are used to update the status of all development and maintenance work
