Call Centre Agent with a minimum of 3 years client care & calle centre experience is required for a large healthcare industry in JHB North.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum Matric Qualification, although preference will be given to applicants with tertiary qualifications including client care certificates or diplomas
  • Previous experience in financial sector advantageous
  • Minimum of 3 years client care & call centre experience essential
  • Previous training experience will be highly advantageous (preferred)
  • Knowledge of the South African payment system and banking industry is preferable
  • Microsoft Office (essential)
  • Basic POS support knowledge is preferential

 

Duties:

  • Inbound call centre queries from merchants
  • Ensuring that merchant queries are dealt with in a manner that results in celebrated service
  • Answering calls within the inbound call centre
  • Deal with merchant queries
  • Build a relationship with new and existing clients
  • Monitor merchant usage
  • Training clients
